GENERAL TERMS
Standard Support invoices are payable within 7 days.
Pre Paid Preferential Support Invoices are payable in advance.
Orders for Non Returnable Goodsare to be paid at time of order.
Other Orders require 35% DEPOSIT with balance paid prior to delivery (including financed purchases) unless other arrangements have been approved with Westech IT Management.- Repairs: A quotation fee may apply if the goods are not repairable or the customer chooses not to have the goods repaired.
- Title to the goods remains with Westech IT Solutions until such time as all amounts owing on the goods delivered have been received. Default interest may be charged on amounts outstanding at the rate of 3% per month or part thereof.
- Prices are valid on the date of quotation only, unless otherwise stated.
- Warranty on hardware is 12 months Return to Westech IT Solutions unless otherwise stated.
- Cabling is not included in system quotations, but can be arranged.
- Telephone, travelling and accommodation costs. The additional costs for all support obtained outside of the metropolitan area, are chargeable to all clients.

Westech IT Solutions can offer your business a complete support service!
- Support is any time spent by Westech IT Solutions staff working on any aspect of your computer system, including: advising, training, servicing, maintaining, adjusting, cleaning, fixing, testing problems and installing software fixes or upgrades, moving, wiring, etc. etc.
- Businesses rely heavily on their computer systems that when support is required it is needed quickly. Support is best given by a company that understands your requirements and knows your system.
Electronic access direct from Westech IT Solutions to your Server/Network can improve support efficiency and reduce costs by avoiding the site visitation fee.
PRE-PAID PREFERENTIAL SUPPORT
ADVANTAGES OF PRE-PAID PREFERENTIAL SUPPORT
·Greatly reduced overall costs
·Pre-Paid Preferential support ensures prompt and efficient support, as preferential clients are given preference over standard support customers.
Some resources, particularly hire equipment and AFTER HOURS SUPPORT, are not necessarily available to standard support customers. After hours support needs to be pre arranged with Westech IT Solutions. If given to standard customers, after hours support will be charged as shown under standard rates overleaf.
HOW PRE-PAID PREFERENTIAL SUPPORT WORKS:
- A Pre-Paid Preferential Support invoice is payable in ADVANCE.
- Accounts must be kept in CREDIT at all times or charges will be at normal rates.
- Pre-Paid Preferential Support consists of a paid invoice for one or more units of Five, Ten, Twenty Five and Fifty hours support at various reduced rates.
- The Pre-Paid Support conditions, including preference, begin when Westech IT Solutions receives a payment, which puts your "Support Account" into credit.
- Support work and Site Visitation Fees are "debited" to your account, reducing your available credit. Support invoices will be reissued when your support account has reached low credit (below -$150.00)
·At the end of each month, you receive a detailed listing of support given and the balance of your “Support Account”.
- If your support account is not in credit, and your renewal invoice is not paid within 7 days. All support provided that has taken your "Support Account" out of credit, will be invoiced to you at our standard support rates,
- Pre-Paid Preferential Support invoices are payable in advance, regardless of any other terms that may be offered to you by Westech IT Solutions.
- Unused support account credit cannot be refunded or applied against purchases.

Westech IT Solutions accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any damages or losses of any nature to the client, including damages or losses to or of staff, customers property or profits, brought about or affected by the system or the staff or services of Westech IT Solutions.
Although Westech IT Solutions will assist in determining the best cost/functionality system and services combination, the final choice will remain the responsibility of the client.
